Funny story...I did not have the red and white gingham paper and my DH was a sweetie and said he would stop by the store on the way home. I am pretty sure he likes shopping for my craft supplies as much as I do because every time he comes home he has a bag full of fun for me. He brought home the darling picnic stickers and fantastic buttons on the ends of the boxes.
I had so much fun making this that I stayed up way later than I should have just so I could make this darling picnic basket. My DH and I spent the evening speaking like Yogi Bear trying to convince Boo Boo Bear that we needed to get the Picnic Basket.
Thanks for looking! I look forward to seeing what you do with the WTUI challenge this week.

Wow, if I asked dh to go to the craft store to get me art supplies he would stare at me as if I were speaking latin. Yours gets double brownie points for not only getying the right paper, but also those cute buttons. This is so creative and adorable. Love the big sunflowers.

I love you write-up Miss Lisa. My DH jokes about "embelishments" but I can't imagine him going to a craft shop LOL. You and your DH have done a terrific job with this project, well worth the late night!!

WOW, Lisa! Your picnic basket is so creative .. the gingham paper just screams "Picnic!" Your DH did a fantastic job bringing home the goodies and you turned all of his findings into a fabulous picnic project! Sounds like you both had fun putting this together!
