I embossed the die cut frame from Sizzix with Wendy Vecchi Sky Blue Embossing powder. I used Archival Ink rather than Versamark ink to cover the frame and then poured on the Embossing powder. Some of the ink absorbed quickly into the matboard and gave this wonderful vintage look where the powder didn't stick.
I added a die cut starfish that was embossed with Frantage Shabby Blue Embossing powder, and seashells I collected at the beach on Sanibel Island while on vacation there a few years ago. The sand was made with a recipe from Tim Holtz' April 2014 tag - Basically, I mixed Antique Linen Distress Glitter, Antique Linen Distress Embossing Powder, Clear Utee, and Glossy Accents.
