This month our theme is Tree. Any style of card is welcome as long as it's Christmas and includes a tree.
I sprayed two shades of green on my die-cut tree and once dry, added some sparkle paste for snow. The background is vellum sponged with two shades of blue ink and then splattered with diluted white acrylic paint. The vellum is attached to the back of the frame and popped off the card base to give it an airy look.
Ink: tumbled glass, peacock feathers (distress inks by tim holtz)
Accessories: Spray mists (Lime Green, Green), 5 part tree die (Elizabeth Craft Design dies), Large Holiday Shapes die - star (Simon Says), Sparkle Texture Effect (Martha Stewart), paint brush for splattering

Wow, this is beautiful! Love the tree but it's the sky that caught my attention. That blue is gorgeous! Never thought of sponging on vellum for this soft, wonderful effect! The diluted paint is the perfect splatter media too.
