Last week I talked about using some unloved retired colors, so this week I decided to use some very retired dp also. I sponged around each dp and vanilla panels, added IBBG to the vanilla. I used copper cording under the banners and popped them up after cutting them out. I also added 3 copper sequins and wrapped the cording around the teal panel 3 times.
