To make this card, I applied Distress Ink Scattered Straw and Adirondack Lettuce to the solid pear stamp from A Stamp In The Hand. I misted it with water, then stamped image onto watercolor paper. With a waterbrush, I smoothed the color and added a tad of red along one side of the pear with a Tombow marker.
I then applied Distress Ink Scattered Straw, Adirondack Lemonade, and Distress Ink Wild Honey onto a sheet of acetate, misted with water then dabbed onto my pear panel. I added a few dots with a stamp from Stamps by Judith using Distress Ink Wild Honey.
The sentiment was stamped with Versafine Onyx Black, and is from A Stamp In the Hand. I framed the scene with black cardstock, added a button with twine, and adhered to a card panel of Basic Grey.
Inspired by today's WT536, Grunge.
As always, thanks so much for looking!

This is one of my all -time favorite stamp images and the colors you used make it look good enough to eat! Beautiful background as well, and the black frames it perfectly - straight into my favorites!
