John Wayne? How fabulous to use my image of him from Deep Red. I couldn't resist the eagles and making a western scene for today. Thanks Sabrina for a fun challenge.

Love it, Anne!! What a fantastic compilation!!! Love the sponged mountains, loved the barbed wire fence, and the eagles are a great addition for a John Wayne card....it doesn't get any more American than that!!

I'm so surprised to see that there is a John Wayne stamp out there - what could be more perfect. Well - John Wayne AND the fabulous scene you've created for him. I simply love shadowed bare mountain ranges like that - and the way you've sponged in the three different colours moving into the foreground adds such depth.

I'm singing that tune "Proud To Be An American" as I admire your handsome card. What a super scene behind one of my very favorite actors!! Lucky you to actually have a stamp of this amazing man.
