I am having such an issue with my Memento ink pad with my clear stamps. I even got a new pad thinking it was an issue with my older pad. When I use clear stamps I get lots of little lint from the pad and it makes stamping a clear image very difficult. It seems to only happen with the clear stamps. I've tried to use an eraser on the stamps to make them less tacky. But it doesn't seem to work as I had hoped. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Back to the card. I used a circle die for the top part of my window and a MFT tiny scalloped border on the bottom of the window for my water. I used the TH tumbled glass to color a small piece of white CS and cut a tiny piece of water to adhere to the front. I used my kraft knife to make a stencil to sponge my tiny rays of sunshine.
Happy Little Stampers I made a stencil to mask off everything but the bottom part of my circle. I used ink to mat technique and sprayed with a water mister for my water.

This card is beyond adorable. Into my favorites.
As for Memento ink...when I first got my pad a few years ago, I experienced the exact same problem. So much so, I began using Marvy black dye ink. This works just as well in my opinion. About a year ago, I tried the same Memento pad again...and the issue resolved itself. Time???

I always stamp my clear stamps with Versamark first, then ink. Seems to work for me. Your little scene with the yellow ducky and those few rays of sun (and narrow waves) is darling!!
