I tried a new-to-me technique called "Ghosting". I sprayed my watercolour paper panel with three colours of sprays. Once dry, I placed a leafy stencil overtop, misted with lots of water (important to remove the stencil right away otherwise the water seeps underneath the stencil and blurs the design). Leave the water to work into the paper for 10-15 seconds, and then blot up the excess with a paper towel. The water removes a bit of colour and you are left with a dreamy looking design. LOVE IT!
