wow this is so beautiful... love the 4 paper pierced squares with the lovely seashells... also love that you used light blue bg for the water... very well done...

What a great way to use dp, Priscilla! So many people are afraid to cut into dp, but I'm so glad You Did! Love the pretty pierced, textured squares and of course the wave strip~
