To make the card, I stamped the fox image from A Jillian Vance Design onto X-Press It cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black dye ink. I colored the image with Copic markers. Then, I stamped the fox onto masking film, and created a mask in order to stamp the grass image underneath the fox using Adirondack Lettuce dye ink. I also took advantage of having the mask by sponging some Distress Ink Mustard Seed for the background. I stamped the sentiment using Versafine Onyx Black, also from A Jillian Vance Design.
Patterned paper from We-R-Memory-Keepers created the layers of this card, including that cool looking woodgrain along the side of the fox. Some framing with black cardstock occurred, as well as a card panel of rust cardstock. A small circle clip puts the finishing touch on this card.
Inspired by WT533....my favorite tools are Copic markers and sponges.

Kecia, this doesn't surprise me....because you work magic with those copics. This card is another one of yours were the image comes to life with your coloring. Love the plaid paper too, and the fun sentiment. Thanks for sharing your favorite tool, and playing in the challenge.

Love this pretty plaid bg and your coloring with your copics nicely done. I guess my copics are a close second behind my cuttlebug. It's been fun seeing what everyone's favorite tools are.
