As I love folded cards I use my Scor-Pal and BigShot a lot for cutting my Marianne Design/Joy dies.
This card is a normal square card with a fold on the left side but it has an extra flap on the front. (see little photo).
This front flap is held closed with a brad (see next to the mouse)
The pp that I used is from Marianne Design, as is the Laptop die and stamping on the screen.
The embossed parts on the laptop and mouse are "colored" with a VersaMark marker and heat embossed with silver embossing powder.
The bingo parts (stamps) are stamped with Versafine and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
I highlighted the number 35 with a green marker.
When You open the front flap it reveals the beautiful vintage PP from Marianne Design and the " Happy Birthday" die cut from Joy Crafts.

Such a wonderful fold and a great way to send a message. Full of fun details.

You always make such fun, detailed cards and really use the folds well! It usually takes me several times before I'm comfortable enough with a fold to really figure out the best way to use it.
