I really liked today's colors and thought they would be perfect for my Dad's Father's Day card. I stamped the plaid pattern on coastal cabana cardstock, using the colors and Papertrey's new set Plaid Builder. I love plaids and the idea of making my own, in specific colors, really appeals to me. The main panel was die cut from old olive, stamped with the Center Style Masculine images and the sentiment with the Pond Life set. I layered the SU ribbons and popped the panel up with foam tape. I'm so pleased with how this turned out, as I really struggle with masculine cards! I think the Center Style:Masculine set and dies are going to help me with that problem.

Someone got their new PTI items. : ) Great card with the Plaid Builder to create your own bg. The die framing looks great as the focal point on your Father's Day card.
Terrific dad's day card! Love the bg paper!! That is gorgeous! I really like the die cut too and how you strung the ribbon through it. That is one of those extra nice touches that I just never think of. Great card!
