1. White paper
2. Gel Mat rubbed through a stencil - memory box 88516
3. Dried the gel
4. Sprayed 3 different sprays (red, orange and yellow) in different areas of the white paper.
5. Dried again
6. Used liquid pearls in the corners of the diamonds.
7. Dried again
8. Used a clear emboss over the entire sheet to seal the colors, texture and give it some shine.
Then colored the wonderful image (from my dear friend Jan - precious kitty). Cut in an oval, mounted on a decorative oval frame on dimensionals, added the ribbon and in true fashion since I do not like throwing away pieces of paper that can be used to punch out flowers I punched some additional flowers from the scraps and added additional liquid pearls. Finally added the "Smile" sentiment. Once image was colored, stickles were added to the flowers as well as a drop of liquid pearls.
This was tons of fun to use 4 mediums all on one piece of paper. Thank you Lydia for a great challenge.
Thank you for looking!

WOW that background is AMAZING - I don't know how you thought to finish it off with embossing but it gives it such a gorgeous sparkle. Beautifully done.
