Another card for Lydia's MIX121 challenge. This time I really did only use four mediums. When I was putting together some cards for my sister, I had no get well cards in my stash. Time to make a couple for myself!
Image stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks: pumice stone, fired brick, mustard seed, antique linen, peeled paint, salty ocean, old paper, vintage photo. For extra mediums I used a white gel pen, Liquid Pearls and Glossy Accents.
Base is stitched around the edge, and since I'd already stamped and sponged the sentiment I was able to stitch it on too. Image layered on dark red card and popped up on foam.

I just love your chicken stamps, Sabrins, and the skilled way you color them. Wonderful choice of colors. The details and textures from perfect pearls, enamel accents and the gel pen look fantastic. I even carry a white gel pen in my purse ( right next go the band aids) for cradting emergencies.

Love what you did with this cute as a button chicken stamp - he looks sad, but I bet he cheers up someone who is under the weather with a hearty chuckle! You really worked to get all those mediums in there and what an awesome job of it!!
