This card came out nothing like I envisioned it, but I'm pleased with the result. The bear is part of a three part stamp that I masked off the other two parts. I thought the butterflies from the MFT set worked well with the bear's style so I added them. I colored all with the Copics and added the body and spots to the butterflies' wings with the Atyou Spica pen. It's hard to see in the photo but the pen is a glitter pen and adds a lot of sparkle (and is also darker than it appears here.)
I decided to curve the sentiment (also from MFT) to give it some whimsy. I'm just starting to warm up to photopolymer stamps, but one thing I love about them is the ability to curve the text. Allows for so many more design choices.
I was originally going to tie a bow with the bakers twine but ended up twisting the two colors together and wrapping it around with no bow.
I normally wouldn't use these colors for a playful card, but I'm glad I tried it.
