The background is a portion of the Silhouette 'Fishing' subway art file (next time I'll send it to the cutter 'mirrored' so I can apply the glue to the lettering while the letters are still on the cutting mat).
The faux chipboard embellishment "Happy Birthday Geno" with the fishing fly 'charm' was the finishing touch. The first 2 layers of this embellishment were cut from black CS and adhered together. The 3rd layer was cut from Cajun Craze and adhered atop the black layers. That precision-tip-applicator filled with glue is the only way I can glue something this fine together.
