The background is a portion of the Silhouette 'Fishing' subway art file (next time I'll send it to the cutter 'mirrored' so I can apply the glue to the lettering while the letters are still on the cutting mat... will make for no need to 'position' in relationship to one-another as I adhere them down).
The faux chipboard embellishment "Happy Birthday Geno" with the fishing fly 'charm' was the finishing touch. The first 2 layers of this embellishment were cut from black CS and adhered together. The 3rd layer was cut from Cajun Craze and adhered atop the black layers. That precision-tip-applicator filled with glue is the only way I can glue something this fine together.
