A big congrats to Polly, the newest Featured Stamper! Polly has such a fun, eclectic, vintage/collagey gallery and I didn't know how I was going to find one to case. Then I came across a couple of her cards with campers & I have a camper image! Yay! Here are Polly's cards I picked Here & Here. I kept the camper & general layout, but used different images, added a frame & did a little bokeh for my background.
After coloring the camper with Copics, I fussy cut around the top. I've done a different version of Bokeh before, but for the one behind the map, I started by sponging on the colors, then used circle masks, a pencil eraser & a Q-tip with white pigment ink to make the Bokeh circles.
I stamped the map on top of the bg & added the frame with the greeting stamped on the right. The die cut Enjoy was added in the left corner.
Congrats again, Polly! Closeups, the Copics & a pic of the Bokeh bg before I stamped on it are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Julie, I love this. Your sentiment made me smile. I love all of the details you've put into this. Love your colors and die cut word.

Julie this is beautiful! I love your trademark vivid coloring on the trailer..you have such a wonderful eye for colors. Your bokeh map using the tiny circles is great and the framing of your map is a fabulous design element. Thank you for honoring me..I really appreicate it!

Terrific card to honor Polly, Julie. Love how you did the bg for the US map and the camper is colored expertly......and the sentiment couldn't be more apropos.
