Super challenge! My two favorite colors..of course Green is #1 and any shade between green & blue is next. Other than white, greens & blues are the only colors I used here.
I started by stamping the a large flower bg image w/ the combo of chalk inks onto white card stock then I die cut one large, one small rectangle & one oval to back the greeting. I edged the rectangle layers w/ blue & green permapaque markers to give them a little more definition. The greeting was put together with two stamps & two of the chalk ink colors.
The upper corners & lower edge were punched & I added a turquoise layer underneath so the punch work would show up better. Some extra flowers (from the same punch) were added here & there along w/ some crystals & silky blue bow w/ a cut glass button on top.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff

Wonderful take on the challenge to use the blue/green as accents against the white, Julie. A card filled with sweetness. Lovely embossing and matching punching.

Oh Julie, this, like every card you make, is just amazing. Everything you touch turns to gold. You just know how to put things together in the most gorgeous ways to create unbelievable cards. This has such a nice balance of blue, green and white. A perfect 10.
