There were lots of little unused bits on my workspace that i pulled together to make this shabby chic birthday card. There was a lot of "white space" on the right of the design which the soft doily took care of nicely...I do like to fill space, which makes CAS design quite tricky for me;))!! What a pretty challenge, Sabrina.

Oh wow, this is fabulous! It reminds me of a TLC some time last year which was, I think, called Free Style. It really challenged me to assemble a few little bits and have them look like a harmonious whole, but you seem to have achieved that perfectly here and all just with "leftovers", which is a real bonus. Love the look of that Tattered Lace fern, and the rolled flower in the centre of the brown paper flower.

What a gorgeous card, using what you have referred to as "leftovers" - like magic , you have transformed them into an amazing card - I applaud your creative mind!!

A sweet message for a b'day card...especially for one who is gaining years rapidly, Michele! ; ) Love the soft, muted tones and your butterfly and floral piece are exquisitely done.
