My first card for May .... the intention was to use the sketch challenge over at 52CCT, which can be found here. I inked up just the holly raised area of the EF before running it through my machine - is there a name for that ??
I'm not sure my interpretation is right for the sketch but hey it is another card for the pile and it turned out better than I thought it would ;)
Many thanks for stopping by, all comments very much appreciated

This is lovely! I really like the effect you achieved with the partial inking of your EF. The scattered gems and red and white twine add quite the festive feel! Great card!

Wow! The inked embossing looks fabulous! I can see the sketch elements in your card, so don't worry, it's perfectly fine for our 52CCT challenge. I love your clean and simple take on it! Thanks so much for joining us this week.

What incredible coverage you achieved with this technique! I can't get over how deep the green turned out! I would have sworn it was a negative die cut! This is gorgeous, Chris!

Congratulations, Chris - did you see that your card was the winner of the May sketch challenge at the 52 Christmas Card Throwdown? Well deserved - it's a gorgeous card!
