So pretty Lydia! You know, I have always loved this set but have held off getting it because I didn't know how I could possibly use it in cards...but I keep thinking it's fabulous! Love what you did here with it, your little boat on the water is great! (Another set I haven't cared for, but you made it great here!)

I love that phrase - it put a smile in my face. I'm having a rough time at work, and you reminded me that it can't be all "smooth sailing." I love your unique take on the colors, and the blue. Always the blue. Beautiful card in a beautiful gallery in a beautiful challenge on a beautiful site.

We have 8' waves in San Diego today, a perfect time to remember that saying. Thank you for sharing your lovely card. An awesome card for this week's challenge.

I'm sitting here, trying to spread love for all the cards for this challenge, and then I come to yours, and wham--I'm at your blog, reading about cactus and Texas sayings, then I'm watching a video, then reading comments, then making comments--and half an hour later, I still haven't commented on this card on SCS, and now I'm way behind on my original task. BUT, it was worth it! I loved seeing how you created this wonderful card, loved seeing how you watercolored the little sailboat. This card is spectacular!
