I did a version of the Split Negative Technique but made it 3D instead of plain stamping.
As I didn't want to make two cards, I only made half a butterfly of each color by placing the center of the Thinlet on the edge of the card stock, then taped it in place so it wouldn't move at all then ran it through the Bigshot.
I used an Aqua painter to color some white card stock in both colors then traced around the Butterfly Thinlet, onto the colored paper and fussy cut around it, making it slightly smaller than the original. This was glued with Tombow to the back of the butterfly. After both butterfly halves were complete, I sprayed them with Frost White Shimmer Mist.
I cut the feelers by freehand. The main panel is placed on Dimensionals.
