Karen's colors for this week's color challenge are sahara sand, pink pirouette, and wild wasabi. The dessert was to create a shabby chick card.
My techniques were paper piercing, dry embossing, sponging, and watercoloring of the image. I added a piece of lace and a faceted gem. A fun challenge Karen. Thanks!!

Kim, to be honest, I had to do a double take when I saw your hollyhock image.(I don't look at the gallery before creating my card...so much for the "sample" idea) I checked to see whose image you used. I can't believe the VERY CLOSE similarities between my PSX image and your PB one! Ummmm....wonder who "borrowed" from whom.
Your card is lovely with your soft coloring and stacked panels for a pretty and delicate shabby chic look. Perfect accents too.

Love it all! The different embossing folders used and the ink added to them perfect. I think the layout, dimension and texture is awesome. I love how you've colored your flowers.
