I thought my mom would like this card for Mother's Day. I colored directly on a rose stamp with distress inks and then misted with water and stamped it on watercolor paper. I've wanted to try this and I think it is easy and has a nice effect. For the rest of the card I used a gold border and then a pink square embossed with Poppy, Anna Griffin folder. The "fancy" square is made with Spellbinders Marvelous Squares die. I added pearls to decorate the corners. The die does most of the work so it was fairly easy to make.

Absolutely gorgeous! This is a fabulous technique and turned out nicely using the watercolour paper. Love the colours and those fabulous frames. Going into my faves for sure.
