Tomorrow is Amelia's bridal shower and she likes and appreciates hand made things (her mom is a stamper and customer). So therefore she is "worthy" of a stamped item, ha! I'm not trying to be mean but you know that some people just don't "get it", and that's ok, they just get a target gift card only. Amelia, however will love it (I hope).
I got creative on Thai one bc I wanted some texture and flocking. So I made my own! I spritzed SSlush CS with alcohol and used our sanding block to make shredded paper fuzz. I used pot it tape and ripped a line, used the top half for the mask for the grass and the bottom half doe the mask for the sky, then stamped my images. Then I added some small dots of mono multi (my fav) around the tree and applied the fake flocking. I used the Sslush ink on the vellum and realized it may not dry, that's why its heat embossed with white. I had to add a pick punched piece behind it to make it show up. (Not a Stampin mistake... A Stampin opportunity. I cut out the tree. I thought the frame looked kinda bare so I added the DSP and the hearts. And as they say, "...there you go!"

I love the shredded "flocking" you made for this one. It really adds thickness and texture to the tree! Reminds me of the flowering crab apple trees that bloom pink and white around here in May. Really pretty against your sponging!

This is so soft and pretty! I love your flocking idea. I will have to give it a go myself. I tried something similar with grated polystyrene, ended up looking like the abominable snowman and it was less effective than this!

What a gorgeous frame with wonderful details. I love the initials and little heart on the tree trunk. You really went all out creating a beautiful gift for Amelia.

The flocking is fabulous and this card is a beautiful gift that will be enjoyed. I like how you turned you "mistake" into a unique opportunity to showcase your talent.. After all there are no mistakes in creativity.
