This is my attempt at shabby chic ... I need lots more practice!
I stenciled a damask design in the background using white embossing paste. Then I created a flower spray, adding in some crackle finish and distress paint to give a bit of an aged look (close-up photo on my blog).
Entering into several challenges which are listed on my blog.

How elegant this is!! That white embossed framing of your flowers looks SO beautiful! I can't get over how much your embossing paste added to this design! This is so beautifully done!

That wet embossed background is magnificent! What a wonderful supporting piece for your cluster of blossoms. I really love the care you took sponging and sparkling your foliage and flowers. This is a gorgeous card! TFS

Loll this is so beautiful. I love the details on the flowers and leaves. Super job on the stenciling behind the arrangement. I giggled at your blog saying where you get impatient on the drying. Oh you are so right. I so the exact same thing.
