I know you're probably getting tired of these pop up cards, but I'm in a swap and need 12...this is only #3 for me.
I chose this pillow for my inspiration as I'm trying to do a sea theme on my swap cards.
I found this sea turtle on Pinterest and colored it with Copics. Inside are sea shells by Sweet'nSassy which are what hold the card open...also used SNS die cuts on the shells. The sentiment is a stamp and die cut from Sizzix.
Hope you like my card...inside says" Near the Sea We forget to Count the days"
Gonna be a beautiful day so I'll be back outside doing more yard work...about half done now! You have a great weekend!

WOW, Vicky, your take on the inspiration piece is spot on!!! Fabulous job of creating an underwater scene. I never get tired of specialty folds - bring on 9 more pop-ups.

Vicky, this is absolutely amazing! I can't believe how much this image looks like your inspiration! Love the turtle swimming with the fish, and what a wonderful sentiment! Fabulous job! TFS

WOW! What a cool and dynamic take on the inspiration piece. I have never tried making this kind of card - but you have definitely inspired me to try! I love how it doubles as home decor!
