Here is my card for 2 challenges; F4A-April Showers and the CAS- Stencil.
I laid the stencil on my card and sprinkled Bister over it. I then sprayed with water and removed the stencil. It left an interesting, rainy looking bkg.
When dry, I stamped the flowers and the sentiment.
