I have been experimenting with texture paste and stencils, and this is one of the results. I love how it adds a subtle design, but still keeps it all clean and simple. I admit I still get stressed that the paste might dry on my stencil, so I'm rushing off to the sink to clean the second I pull it off the paper.
The dragonflies are sparingly colored with copics, wink of stella glitter & pearl on top.

This is really delightful!!! I love the contrast between the delicate dragonflies and the coarse texture of the beautiful stenciled background! The pale coloring is a wonderfully subtle highlight against the white background. tfs

This is a lovely card! The texture from your paste and stencil is beautiful! I really like the subtle colour on your dragonflies. The warm shine from the pearls really enlivens the scene. Wonderful card!

Gorgeous CAS design! The softly coloring of the dragonflies is beautiful! I worry about the paste sticking too, so I keep a small plastic pan with an inch of water right on the table to put the stencil and knife in as soon as I'm done.
