What a beautiful site for this week's challenge, Stacy! Every pin was gorgeous, but I loved this one in particular and chose it for my inspiration: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/567172146797976930/. I first sponged the shaft of light, then spritzed it with water and rubbed lightly to even out the sponging. Then I masked it, brayered the rest of the panel, die cut it, added a white mat and adhered to a black base. Added the dove, the sentiment and sequins.
Dies: SB/Basic Rectangles, PTI/One Liners. It wasn't difficult, but it took forever to get a good coverage of the brayered black.
Edit - It just dawned on me that I could have saved myself a lot of time and effort if I'd sponged white ink on black paper!

This is beautiful Priscilla!! I love that idea. I was thinking of something similar with a different subject matter. I LOVE the black with white! It is so striking and what a great and wonderful thought your card conveys!
Just beautiful my friend!

Beautiful, Priscilla. The black and white is just stunning! I've got to get me some light colored sequins. I've got a bag of bright colors, but these silver ones on your card are just so classy!

I'm grinning because, I had thought you did a brayer thing with the white on black paper... (and I do things the hard way tons of times too) so, I am totally impressed by how black and smooth your black inking looks this is stunning
