For this challenge I am looking forward to the first few days of June, when school lets out and I finally have more time to putter in the garden again! This springy/summery card also uses Crisp Cantaloupe and Coastal Cabana, two of my favorite colors that are (sadly) soon to be retired. For the focal image, I masked off a label shape by die cutting a label out of copy paper and then laying the negative space over my Whisper White panel. Then I used the cluster stamping technique to stamp flowers into the space, and removed the mask. A little piercing sets off the shape. I also used the Simply Scored scoring tool to frame off my baker's twine/button embellishment. The word "hello" is heat embossed in black, and the word "summer" was stamped underneath in Memento Tuxedo Black. I love how the two fonts look together - you can use these two stamp sets for all four seasons! TFL!

I love all those colorful flowers in the center die cut! I also like how you scored above and below the button and twine. That is always such an elegant, classy touch and I never think to do it!
