I made this little die cut mirror as a 1st birthday card for my grandniece. It's die cut from Chipboard using Tim Holtz Alterations Deco Mirror Die - I cut 4 layers and glued them together. I used clear card stock (acetate) over the image, there's also a clear rubber heart over the little heart charm. I first covered the front and back pieces with white gesso, then sprayed the pieces with Brushed Pewter and Black soot Spray Stain and rubbed Autumn Gold Rub N Buff over it. I used the same technique on the metal floral attached to the handle. I died the ribbon using Picked Raspberry and Tea Dye Spray stains and some Brushed Pewter.
I'm entering my 'mirror' into the Mixability challenge - smooth like glass.
