This is for the WT525 challenge today - I chose water (rain) for my card. I used the Northern Lights technique to create the stormy sky, and stamped the Tiny Ink Spots background stamp twice on a diagonal after masking off the ground area. I heat embossed it with clear EP to look like raindrops. I know it's a little weird that there is more than one light in the sky... eeep! Are they streetlights? UFO's? Really freakishly big stars? Oh well... just play along with me and pretend it's artistic license, OK? Thanks for looking!
