I think this is one of those very rare cards which will just go in the bin because I can't imagine sending it to anyone. However, I did achieve the overall look I had envisaged - obviously there is something wrong with my imagination today.
It uses the Gilded Relief tutorial from this week's inkling, and is for today's MIX113 challenge.
First thing is to return the sheet of grid paper I stamped on back downstairs - it has all the details so far of a sweater I'm working on - how many stitches to cast on and various measurements. Apparently when I took my pad of grid paper out to deconstruct a stitch design, I omitted to put it back where it belonged. It was quicker to stamp on part of my knitting sheet than look for the pad!!
Stamped flower, coloured with pencils. Backed onto a cereal box for strength, cut out and layered up.
Base pretty much follows the tutorial. I will try again - I'll give more dimension to my flowers and use a stronger colour of acrylic, I'd say. I added some script and the IO Craquelure stamp, and one extra flower with a gold Dew Drop. Sentiment stamped with Archival, then gone over with a gold pen. I was afraid to use EP in case it stuck to some of the luster rub-on and made even more of a mess.
Any rescue suggestions are welcome.

You did get both those techniques to work. I bought some gesso yesterday to try gilded relief one. I like how you did the mix challenge with your flower. I would love to receive this card Thanks for doing my notifications on Easter....bless you . Thanks for the inspiration, Sabrina.

I think it is really pretty. I like the crackles on the background. Only suggestion I would add would be to maybe add a little more gold on the 3d flowers and that might give a little more definition. You could also outline the flowers with a gold marker or pen. Maybe not all the way around but just in sections.

A pretty card, Sabrina. I love the crackled background. I am going to have to watch the guilded relief tutorial. I haven't been in the gallery much this week so I am glad you mentioned it.

I can't imagine throwing this out - I think it's wonderful! Your flower looks terrific, and I love the gilded background!
