I cased this from the very talented Deb Valder. I saw her card a while ago on Pinterest and knew I just HAD to try it. I made this for a new customer of mine who is just so excited about her first order that will soon be at her door. She loves her UPS man, so I thought this would be perfect as a thank you card for her!

This is oh So Much Fun!!!
For those of us who pace the floors or have a little carpet dent by the window just for watching out for 'Brown' ... this is fabbyness!!
Tomatolover, I don't have written directions for this, but I can tell you what punches I used.
Face - heart punch
Ears - word window punch
Nose and Eyes - 1/2" circle punch
Hands - Make a mitten punch; but the original looked like one of the flowers from Boho blossoms, but I didn't have that
Hair - build a blossom punch
Neck, legs and socks - word window
Arms - heart punch -- used the bottom of it and then just cut it to make the arm
Shoes - small oval punch, shaped into shoes
Sleeves - large oval punch cut in half
Body - a rectangle piece of paper, notched for the pants
Collar - square punch shaped into the collar
For the packages, I just downloaded the SU logo from google and then shrunk it down.
