For this week's wtui challenge, tortoise or hare. I'm usually hare-ish. I love the virtual stamping nights, with the 45" limit. I usually host, but when I don't, I try to do each challenge, get it photographed and uploaded before the next challenge goes live. Of course, I don't have any significant distractions then... This card took about an hour; however, like the hare, I got distracted mid-way. This one also had some fussy die cuts, sponging, and foam tape that I don't usually do with vsn.
Here's some time saving tricks I've found:
When doing inlaid die cuts, use whole sheet avery labels upside down, or xyroned scratch paper, to set the cuts.
Nesties A2 matting basics are perfect for squaring up anything that's less than level.
Having lots of scraps cut to quarter or half sheets and organized make it easier to find layers and card bases.

Great take on the sketch....like those curvy cuts. Thanks for the tips. Ignore the message I just sent you. I like the stamped bottom border. Neat colors too! Thanks for playing in the challenge.

Great tips and a wonderful card, Brenda. I really love the color combo and the layout - unique and spicy! I have a feeling that pretty much sums you up too Brenda (she smiles). Great card!
