I made a big mistake cutting out the circle from the bg cardstock. Then I had trouble getting the lighthouse straight. Why didn't I just glue the panel down on top??? What is it they say about too soon old, too late smart!?
I took a little liberty with the sketch, using the waves as a panel. I hope you like it.

Good looking masculine card with the beautifully colored lighthouse scene. The wave edge is perfect for the top of the horizontal band. Creative to have the anchor hold your message of sympathy.

I like the waves ;) and the way you detailed the sentiment with that anchor...clever idea. I'm a fan of lighthouses so I love the image...a great card to send in tme of need.

Some things are sent to try us - and of course it all turns out lovely in the end. Putting your quote "too soon old, too late smart" in my little book of quotes for future reference - I love it. This is such a pretty card - and I love your wave panel.

Great lighthouse. Both expressions I have not heard but are so neat. All that owrk payed off looks wonderful. Using the waves as the strip, was a super idea, and perfect little anchor to go along...TFS..:0)
