I used the SCS challenges: Sketch 532 and TLC 526 for this card.
The pleats were created using a martha stewart border punch. I punched it out on a sheet of dot covered vellum and hand folded it halfway across. I attached it with a little big of glue from my glue runner and covered the top with some fun green ribbon that was gifted to me a few years ago (I am a gift hoarder, what can I say?)

The pleated vellum looks gorgeous - so crisp! What a cute image - and lovely old-fashioned looking papers to suit her, the floral print reminds me of the dresses my mother used to make each year for my birthday when I was small.
