Stenciled the background with kraft and a blender tool. Stamped with a text stamp (after stamping off once and wiping off some sections of ink for a more subtle effect) in gray. Die cut the tulips, embossed the flower part, and blended inks on the leaves and stems. Die cut an extra 2 flowers in black to create a bit of an outline. Before attaching them I splattered acrylic paint (white mixed with gray and a bit of water) for the splats. In hindsight, I wished that I had masked off a border so the splats did not go out to the edge, but oh, well - live and learn. Main panel is popped up.

Beautiful! I love all the different techniques you used, and I like the splatter extending beyond the border of the focal. Very cool to emboss the blooms on the tulips!

I love that the spatters go out to the edge; really softens the background. Your white tulips look fabulous in that unexpected colour. The added texture really makes them stand out. I appreciate the time you took to give the details on how you made this card! TFS
