I masked and sponged the background, then water colored the owl. I sprinkled water droplets to give reference to the night sky. I was not happy with baker's twine and remembered this funky ribbon that is a weaved rough twine. I stacked them and used a knot to tie the thank you tag versus a bow, this just didn't seem like a bow card to me. I had CAS in mind for this as I continue to work on making clean and simple cards. Wow, this is a very pretty card. I like the way your bg turned out. You colored the owl perfectly, and I love the ribbon treatment, it is perfect for this card. I love everything about this wonderful card. fave. tfs.
