My first card really didn't have much of a "MIX", so I started over, and even this one doesn't have a lot like the rest of you ladies use - I am slowly buying the other things I need to be able to participate in this challenge a bit better.
But for now, I did use embossing, and fabric, so I am entering both the MIX109, and the F4A262 with this card. First I stamped the image with versamark and heat embossed with white EP. Next, I border punched the front side edge, though most of it was hidden, so I added the piece of caramel behind it - humpf! STILL doesn't show too well after the flowers went on! Added the piece of fabric trim alongside the flowers and put some stickles in the flower centers. I think it will be a good encouragement card for someone who is struggling with something in their life!
Thanks for stopping by to take a look - I really appreciate your comments!

AWESOME! That stamp set so gorgeous, and it looks fantastic in white on the kraft big! The burlap flowers are wonderful, and the trim works with them beautifully! Whoo HOO!

Sue, a beautifully designed card with the Kraft base. Love the white flowers against it and the special side border that you created. The big "believe" balances that border so well.

This is really lovely, Sue, I just love your border of pretty flowers and the embossing looks beautiful!! I love the Mix challenge but certainly do not have the artistic flair of others, such as Susie, but in my own clean style, still have a go!!

I love that stamp Sue! How terrific it looks in white embossing on kraft! Love the burlap flowers and the trim you used. What a fantastic card and I so agree, it would be a wonderful encouragement card!
I think this card is just terrific! Love the white embossing and the burlap flowers! I know what you mean when you keep adding to a card. I do the same thing!

I believe, I believe, and I believe even more now that I've seen this card. You're doing what I've been doing over the past few weeks. I'm buying all kinds of paints, stencils and everything else. In no time, you'll be making everything mixed media. I love this card, Sue. I love the flowers, the trim, flax and sentiment. I think it's very mixed. Job well done.
