It is always so distressing when I have to make this type of card but to-day was the day. I tried to keep it as simple as possible without too much fluff. The flowers were tatted using a shuttle and then I added some dimension with a few dots of Tulip 3-D paint. The pink is from Bazzill and I used a Darice dot folder for the background. As accent the thin lines are stickers from Magenta and the sentiment is from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Something old - white card stock & dimensional paint..something new - Bazzill card stock (from Santa).

How pretty. Love the tatting. I just finished 10 Sympathy cards for my sister and I hate making them as well. Unfortunately seems like that's all I've been making lately. Birthday cards are my favorite as that's always a celebration!

Wow, what gorgeous flowers, love your card, though it's always sad to make a sympathy card!!

The black framing and accent lines give a crisp Art Deco feeling...although your pretty floral give a soft feminine touch, Sue. A lovely sympathy card.
