Think Spring is the challenge theme this week!!!! I've been keeping a calendar that I paint on each day, and this is were my inspiration came from. The first day of spring is also a friend's birthday....will work for her birthday card. I started by making the days of the week and painting the first day of spring. Doodled around and added some scoring. Our spring usually does not come until late April. For now we can think about warmer weather. tfl

This is so beautiful and so fresh Linda!! We always hope that is the way the first day of spring will be. We northerners appreciate spring and those nice days just a little more than the rest, I think. Your friend will enjoy this card. :>)

Pretty, bright and fun, Linda! April 20th - can't wait. Spring is closer to May for use because of the cold ocean breezes, which are appreciated in July and August.
