For today's TLC challenge ~ TLC522 Pop-Up Diorama Card
You can find a link to the tutorial in the challenge thread linked above.
The one thing I did differently was to use a strip of 12" cardstock, which I scored 4", 7 1/2", 8" and 11 1/2".
I had stamped and coloured the images from A Happy Thing to make an index card for the gallery and didn't want to waste them, so I recycled the bird into this card .
For the front I stencilled it lightly with green and added the die-cut asters and sentiment Inside, I used scallops to dress up the left-hand side a bit, and added a scalloped frame round the aperture.
This was so much fun and so easy to make - I'll definitely be making more.

Oh my gosh, this looks amazing. I have a feeling that your definition of "easy to make" might be very different to mine LOL. Everything about this looks brilliant Sabrina.

I think I might have to agree with Susie. Your definition of easy is different from mine. Once I have to start thinking more about what I'm doing it become difficult. lol Your example is fun and pretty. The flowers and bird really make this a nice looking spring card too. :>)

What a fantastic card, Sabrina. You chose such nice die cuts and a wonderful bird image. I love the sentiment. The scalloped border is such a nice creative touch. Pinned to my board for dimensional cards.

Super card, Sabrina. I love that you put a border down the left of the inside. I think I'll go back and add one to my diorama before I send it to my sister. Also, love your green DP frame to show off the cute bird. The only difficult part of this technique is photographing it.

This new image is fab!! I love your card, with the beautiful layered flowers, and the gorgeous colors. Thanks for a fun challenge, gf, though I may not make many more! I think I got a little carried away!
