Kept the Kraft and white colors; Followed the layout idea of the larger circle for main focus and smaller circles with text beneath, kept the Polkadots and kept it masculine.
Omitted the paper piecing, the metal embellishments, an image and the extra colors.
Added black half-pearls, Natural Rope twine, Flock, Dry Embossing, and (used a recycled gift bag by circle punching out the parts of the mustaches and sayings that I wanted to keep then matted the circles on black CS and dry embossed). Did that instead of the paper piecing.
I love how Cathy uses the same concept of a larger circle and places smaller circles with parts of the image beneath - like she does on this Vintage Hydrangea card too: Vintage Hydrangea by corysnana1 at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks Cathy. It was fun creating this card in your honor and in the process got to use a fun mustache gift-bag that would have otherwise been discarded.

I love that you "upcycled" a bag for your card, America! You are so good thinking about details as you create. THe mustache EB folder is great in the background, too. Thanks for your kind words about for playing along this week. It's fun to see your take on an idea you found in my gallery.
