This is for Sabrina's WTUI Challenge - from the kitchen. I used cling wrap - I assume the same as your saran wrap? - to smoosh ink onto c/s. Die cut the heart and adhered to square die cuts. I used dimensionals to pop squares up from the base card.

oh my golly Sue! This is so absolutely gorgeous!!! Your cling wrap was a GREAT idea to add some paint dimension to your die cut panel!! This is so so beautiful. I love it!!!!

Sue, your created bg is FANTASTIC! I'm going to have to give your technique a try.....love your results. What a lovely valentine with the heart with the scroll-y die cut interior. Your framing is done with such beautiful proportions.
