F4A = use a space no bigger than 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" for the image.
QFTD = Luanne Ford. Luanne has a beautiful and vast gallery and I chose this CARD of hers to CASE.
MIX = have a raindrop/water drop(s) on an image/bg
I know many fellow SCSers have used this new SU Lotus image. I did something a little different with it to incorporate more mixed media. I only used 2 of the 3 stamps for creating the blossom. I then filled in with reinkers and white acrylic. I free-handed the stem with Copics. The bg was done with acrylics to give the impression of water since that is where lotuses grow.
Congratulations, Luanne...your work is superb and your gallery, gorgeous.

Sallie, I love your card; the colors are awesome!! I like that you were creative and did your lotus flower different than most people. The background is just gorgeous - a beautiful mix of colors.

Love the way you used just 2 of the 3 lotus stamps and did your own colouring to fill in the rest - it gives it more dimension for sure. Also love the subtle raindrop!

Stunning!!! This is so simple yet so much attention to detail and so elegant! I'm going to have to try this raindrop technique if I get up the courage. :-)
