Today's WT is to use beads. I wanted to share a sneak peek at a new word die set being released on the 1st at ODBD. I used distress inks to create my background on watercolor paper, and then made my own stencil by punching various sized circles from a piece of acetate, and then sponging with white pigment ink to try to create that faux bokeh effect. I used the new dies to cut scraps of dp from the ODBD Blooming Garden collection for my balloons and a scrap of yellow for the words. For my beads, I used tiny pearl seed beads that are sewn on to the ribbon.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Grace, this is so pretty and so colorful. You made such a wonderful background and I like how you used your beads tying together those balloons.

Grace, the colours in this are just such a treat to see on a cold day here. Great work with your stencilled background, and the balloons are just sheer fun.
Thanks for letting me know your card arrived safely ;-).
