One of my 2015 goals is to make birthday cards for everyone in the family and close friends, and cards for the grandboys for all holidays. Hence 4 duplicate cards for Valentine's day. I tried to limit the amount of pink for the boys. Cut pink CS to 4x5.5, cut red gingham to 3.75x5.25, layered on top of pink CS, cut glitter CS to 2x4", punched circles from red CS, ran through Big Shot with EF. Cut hearts with Cricut in both pink & white CS. Added sticker letters to hearts and modge-podged over top since the stickers didn't want to stick so well. Attached heart to circle, attached circle to glitter CS using a foam dimensional square. Punched small holes into each side of the 2x4 glitter strip, attached heart brads. Attached all onto gingham set. Cut out VALENTINE letters with SideKick and red CS. Glued to gingham paper. Attached all to a pre-scored white card. Printed inside sentiments and added remaining gingham pieces for some inside color. TFL!
